“Job was 5 day long full electrical re-wire and testing 3bed (not including plaster chasing) while tennants were away on vacation.Very accurate with his quote & job came right on budget.Reliable & can work on his own,he was just given the keys to the property.Didnt need a lot of project managing once contract was signed.Puts in long hours at first so that the deadline can be met.Job finished ahead of schedule.Competent in discussing options to cut budget & time.I’ve used him twice since.Definitely recommend.“
